In breaking news, this NHL game has been delayed tonight due to the winter storm making its way across the Country.

Leafs Versus Red Wings Game Delayed Due To Bad Weather

The terrible winter snowstorm making its way across Southern Ontario and Northeastern USA has been causing havoc in professional sports. It was the reason for the postponement of the Buffalo Bills' home playoff game, and now it has impacted the NHL.
Tonight's game featuring the Toronto Maple Leafs at Scotia Bank Arena in Toronto against the Detroit Red Wings has been officially delayed by 30 minutes, as Detroit's travel plans had been impacted by the storm.
Tonight's Leafs-Red Wings game has been pushed back to 7:30 p.m. -- it sounds like the winter storm affected Detroit's travel plans.
The extra 30 minutes will hopefully be enough time for the Red Wings to find their way safely to Toronto and will allow the game to continue as planned. Toronto is looking to bounce back from their disappointing loss last night to the Colorado Avalanche.
