The Edmonton Oilers are expected to pursue Boston Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark this off-season.

With the emergence of Jeremy Swayman practically winning the starter role during the NHL playoffs, former Vezina winner Linus Ullmark has been made expandable by the Boston Bruins in hopes of filling their gap upfront.
The Oilers, have emerged as one of the teams expected to pursue the Swedish netminder this off-season.
"The Los Angeles Kings, New Jersey Devils, Ottawa Senators, and Carolina Hurricanes are among the teams that expressed interest in Ullmark during the season we know the Kings and Sens pitched offers before the trade deadline and I've got to think all four clubs will reach out this summer, if they haven't already. The Edmonton Oilers and Detroit Red Wings could reach out next month, too." - David Pagnotta
Many expected the Kings, Devils, Senators, and Hurricanes to be in the mix for Ullmark but the Oilers and Red Wings, both in need of better goaltending, could throw their hats into the mix as well.
As it stands, the Oilers are the only team out of these six competing for the Stanley Cup and are doing so with shaky goaltending rotating between Calvin Pickard and Stuart Skinner on their run to the Western Conference Finals.
We will see where the road will take us.
