Nikolaj Ehlers has been a consistent threat for the Winnipeg Jets in his career, and now he's brought up an impressive milestone goal.

While he often goes overlooked by those outside of the Jets organization for bigger names such as Kyle Connor or Mark Scheifele, the 28-year old has been stellar for the Jets over his nine year career. In that time, Ehlers has been incredibly consistent, and on Thursday, he tallied goal No. 200 in an impressive 3-0 victory over the rival Dallas Stars.

Ehlers becomes the first Danish 200-goal scorer and sits 4th in Jets franchise history.

Now, Ehlers sits behind Connor, Scheifele and former Winnipeg Jets captain Blake Wheeler in fourth all-time in franchise goals as he continues to help this team excel. In 602 games played, Ehlers has also added 253 assists, giving him a very solid 453 points in his career, and as he enters the final year of a seven-year contract, he will be set up to land a massive contract if he continues this consistency.

Given what he means to this Winnipeg Jets lineup however, they'll likely do what they can to hold onto him going forward, and if he remains a Jet for the remainder of his career, he will likely go down as one of the top four players the franchise has ever seen.
